Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://rgmhomeimprovement.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Service Description. This Site describes Interior Painting, Exterior Painting, Carpentry Services, TV Mounting, Shelving Installation, Trim Installation, Window Trim Repair, Door Installation provided by RGM Home Improvement & Handyman Services. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://rgmhomeimprovement.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of RGM Home Improvement & Handyman Services or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
No Warranties. RGM Home Improvement & Handyman Services disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Damages. RGM Home Improvement & Handyman Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold RGM Home Improvement & Handyman Services harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Law and Venue. CT law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in CT.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
